Stardew Valley is my favorite cozy game because it feels like a little escape from the world. It��s relaxing, the characters feel alive, and there��s always something to do without feeling rushed. It��s just comforting in a way that few games are.

Honest. Stardew Valley has become my absolute go-to for cozy gaming. Every day, I escape to this idyllic world where I can live out my farm fantasies without a single muddy boot! The peaceful ambiance, surrounded by nature's beauty, is simply divine. There's always something new to discover, from befriending quirky villagers to cultivating the most magnificent crops. It's incredibly relaxing, and honestly, I forget all my worries when I'm tending to my virtual farm. I'm completely hooked! ?

Animal Crossing Pocket Camp is my favorite cozy game. I spend so many hours interacting, gathering, and building my dream camp daily, it's an addiction at this point. I'm sad that it's not live service anymore, but I bought the permanent version when they discontinued the game...no regrets!

My childhood consisted of coming home from school, watching WWE (or WWF, as it was once known), and firing up the good ol' PlayStation 1 for a game of?Crash Bandicoot: Warped,?Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, or?Spyro: Ripto's Rage?(it's called?Gateway to Glimmer?where I'm from!). I'll never forget having to write numbers on my memory cards with liquid ink to ensure I kept track of what was saved on where!

What Game Do You Most Associate The PlayStation 2 With?

The PlayStation 2 was the first console I had as a young teenager, and the first game I really fell in love with on it was?Jak 2. It can be debated whether the first and third games are better than the second one, but I have a lot of nostalgia for this one in particular. A strong runner-up would be?Shadow of the Colossus, which was utterly jaw-dropping, especially for the time and the PS2 console generation.

What's The Most Visually Impressive PlayStation Game You've Played?

It's really hard to overstate just how gorgeous?Ghost of Tsushima?can be (which makes me even more excited for?Ghost of Yotei). Recently ported to PC,?Ghost of Tsushima?is a feast for the eyes in just about every scene �C you don't even have to be a big fan of ancient Samurai aesthetics or classical Japanese artwork to appreciate how eye-catching the art direction is in this game.

What Feature Should Be Added To The Next Console Generation?

This might be a bit of a wack take, but in the future, consoles should include a basic keyboard and mouse setup. The current gen of consoles is pretty much on par with some of the best gaming PCs, and if these consoles allowed access to Steam or other PC storefronts, they could become seen as a viable alternative for a pre-built PC. Though console players can?hook up their own keyboard and mouse in some situations, it's rarely used for actual gameplay or as an alternative input method. But if future consoles shipped with a keyboard and mouse as a kind of hybrid console-PC, with full support for KB+M controls, it could open up a whole new frontier for a huge number of gamers who have never had access to MMOs, RTSes, and other games that just work better when using a KB+M.

If You Made A Video Game, What Would It Be About?

I'm a sucker for fantasy, so I'd love to create an RPG that is fantasy-forward, with tons of lore and combat, and plenty of mythological creatures. Sure, it's not reinventing the wheel, but I'd love to take something like?Skyrim?and add a deep crafting system whereby I can choose to go dungeon crawling or live a peaceful existence in a forest building my house and farming.

If You Could Only Play 3 PS Games For The Rest Of Your Life, What Would They Be?

It's hard to choose just three from the enormous lineup of the best?PS exclusives of all time, but if I could only choose three to play for the rest of my life I'd have to make my choices based on their replayability, or at least my enjoyment of them in the long term. I'd personally choose: - Bloodborne - Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 - Shadow of the Colossus I would probably get tired of?Shadow of the Colossus?after a few times through, but?Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2?and?Bloodborne?are timeless classics that I wouldn't mind replaying over and over.?

What��s Something You Miss About Old PlayStation Consoles?

As digital storefronts gradually take over the entire market, I can't help but miss the feeling of getting a physical copy that had a book inside of it! Whether it had story and lore, controls, or simply concept art, I loved checking out the reading material they added to physical game copies. I haven't experienced the excitement of picking up a pre-order since?Crash Bandicoot's remastered trilogy. You just can't beat it.

What's Your Dream Launch Game For When The PS6 Releases?

It's been said before, and I'll say it again �C?Bloodborne?desperately needs a remaster, and if it's going to launch at any time, it might as well be a launch title for the PlayStation 6 to drive up sales. Speaking for myself, as someone who has yet to play?Bloodborne?but is a huge fan of?FromSoftware's other work, playing a remastered version of this cult gothic classic would definitely make me want to get the console.

What's The Best RPG You've Played on PlayStation?

Without question, the best RPG I've played on PlayStation is?Skyrim. It's up there as one of my all-time favorite games and one I consistently come back to, whether it's been one month, one year, or three years.? If we're talking PlayStation?exclusives, though, I'd say?Horizon: Zero Dawn?would be my top pick. It was so unique and beautifully crafted, I thoroughly enjoyed it and will thoroughly enjoy the remaster when it drops!

Which Forgotten Game Would You Like To See Revived?

Does anyone remember the 2004 platformer?Scaler? I had many an afternoon after school enjoying that gem. I thought the ability to swap between five different lizard types, all with their own abilities, was a game-changer! Given the success of recent platformers like?Astro Bot, I'd absolutely love to see it come back as a remake or even a sequel.

Though there are games that are grander in spectacle with better gameplay nowadays, there's nothing that quite compares to the feeling of playing?Shadow of the Colossus?for the first time as a young teenager. It was the first game that really blew me away in terms of graphical quality (for 2005) and the sheer scope of the boss encounters, and when I think about my favorite experiences in games, the moment when I encountered the first Colossus is really high up there.

What Do You Think Of Ship Combat In Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii?

From what I can tell from the RGG direct stream a few days ago,?Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii's naval combat system looks like it could be really fun in an arcadey, video gamey kind of way. It's not trying to be realistic, in typical?Like a Dragon/Yakuza?style it's going for style and plain ol' fun points over any sense of realism, and I think it's going to benefit from it. I'm kinda over the first-person ship management pirate games, like?Sea of Thieves, and I'm ready for a more wacked-out Yakuza-style naval system.

Who Is Your Favorite Alice in Borderland Character?

I tend to have 3 favorite characters, but my top pick would be An Rizuna. Her calm and collected demeanor while throwing sarcastic shade at Arisu as they stand waist-deep in water about to be electrocuted, will never not make me laugh as a character introduction. Throughout the series, she had a really intriguing aspect to her character, as well as the same type of 'cool' swagger Chishiya tends to carry. I also enjoyed that she investigated mysteries of the Borderlands, such as attempting to travel to the edge of the purgatory. Other than that, I really enjoyed both Chishiya and Kuina's characters and their friendship with one another.

What Switch 2 Feature Matters The Most To You?

Some of the Nintendo Switch 2 leaks have me intrigued, like the possibility of a joy-con having computer mouse-like capabilities. But ultimately I care more the performance specs than the seemingly mandatory quirk of the next Nintendo console. It doesn't need to be on-par with current-generation consoles like the Xbox Series and PS5, but it should be a noticeable improvement and capable of running games at 1080p or higher. It would be awesome if it had the ability to run older games better, too. I think of how neat it would be to play?Tears of the Kingdom?without any random hiccups and at a higher resolution.

Which Card in Pokemon TCG Pocket's Mythical Island Set is Your Favorite?

For me, it would have to be both of the Celebi ex cards. While I prefer the more detailed artworks of some of the other cards, Celebi ex holds a particular nostalgia for me, as this Pokemon was one of the very first ex cards I pulled and treasured as a kid - way back from the Hidden Legends set, I believe.
